The pains in all spinal region have been appointed as one of the main reasons for people to be absent from work.
The spine is the second biggest source of pain in the world. The problem affects 36% Brazilian citizens, but only 60% of those affected by such problem seek treatment*
The prevention is the most effective way to raise awareness about and reduce the incidence of the problems related to the postural imbalances.
Many cases may be clinically solved with simple changes to the postural habits.
